As a member of our Maintenance team, the Maintenance Technician is a vital component of our community's day to day impression on existing residents and prospective residents. As such, the Maintenance Technician is expected to maintain a high level of quality customer service and professionalism. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following but are not necessarily limited to those listed.
Duties
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for handling routine service requests from residents involving minor plumbing, electrical and general repairs, maintaining the curb appeal of the community by routinely picking up trash and debris, and assisting with the make-ready process of vacant homes.
This position does require after hours on-call duties.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to cold, wet and/or humid conditions. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.'
