Responsibilities:
- Utilize expertise in double entry bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
- Conduct credit analysis to assess customer creditworthiness and manage collections.
- Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the finance team to provide support in financial services activities.
- Familiarity with governmental accounting practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of debits and credits to ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Ability to negotiate payment terms with customers effectively.
- Proficiency in using accounting software to streamline financial processes.
Experience:
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles is REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of telemarketing principles for effective communication with customers.
- Knowledge of accounts receivable procedures and credit analysis techniques.
- Experience in account analysis and reconciliation procedures.
- Familiarity with financial services industry practices is advantageous.
- Competence in using accounting software for financial data management.
