Window & Door Installer / Carpenter

Window and door experience is great, but it isn't required. If you have experience in carpentry, remodeling, siding, construction, or another skilled trade and take pride in doing things the right way, we'd like to talk with you.
What You Can Expect
- $28–$30/hour, based on experience
- Consistent 38–42 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM typical schedule

The Work
Windura specializes in replacing windows and doors in high-quality homes throughout the Kansas City area. Our crews perform professional, full-frame installations with an emphasis on craftsmanship, cleanliness and taking care of the customer's home.
This isn't high-speed production work. We want our installations done correctly.
You'll work alongside experienced installers and learn Windura's installation standards and methods.
Who We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you have experience as a:
- Window or door installer
- Carpenter or finish carpenter
- Remodeler
- Siding installer
- Residential construction worker
- Skilled tradesperson with strong carpentry abilities
More important than knowing our exact installation system is having good construction instincts, mechanical ability, dependability, pride in your work, and a great team player.
You should be comfortable working with tools, lifting and handling windows and doors, working from ladders when necessary, and working both indoors and outdoors.
