This is a salaried position that also includes rent-free housing, assistance with moving expenses, two free meals per day on school days and free tuition to children of the teacher.

Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across subjects such as literacy education, math, science, and social studies.
- Foster a nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes positive behavior management and inclusive learning for all students.
- Utilize learning technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and understanding.
- Assess student progress through standardized testing, formative assessments, and regular observations; adjust instruction accordingly to support individual learning styles.
- Mentor and support students’ social-emotional development while collaborating with parents, guardians and colleagues to ensure holistic growth.
- Integrate Christian beliefs and values into instruction.
- Incorporate early childhood education principles where appropriate to create a stimulating learning environment.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently, ensuring safety, discipline, and a respectful atmosphere conducive to active learning.
Skills
- Proven classroom experience is a plus (though not required), with strong classroom management skills that foster an organized and positive learning environment.
- Expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and literacy education to support diverse learner needs is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for working effectively with students, parents and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using learning technology tools to facilitate interactive lessons and track student progress.
- Strong writing skills for creating clear instructional materials, reports, and assessments.
- Experience with elementary school settings and familiarity with behavior management techniques is a plus.
