A unique opportunity exists for an experienced REALTOR® and growth-oriented sales leader with a broker's license to join the fastest growing agency on the Mountain Top, Windstar Realty Group!
We are offering a lucrative incentive program based on agent recruiting, agent production, and agent retention results.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Act as Managing sales agent in one of our offices
- Recruit, acquire, coach, and retain productive agents
- Perform file reviews on our real estate brokerage transaction files and resolve file issues
- Train sales associates and respond to their questions in a timely manner regarding listing agreements, contracts, forms, systems and other transactional issues
- Manage day-to-day local compliance and operations, in collaboration with our General Manager and Principal
- Generate new listings and meet sales/production goals
QUALIFICATIONS
- New York state real estate broker's or sales agent license
- 3-5 years' of prior experience in real estate sales and management with a documentable, verifiable track record of sales, recruiting and growing top talent
- Coaching and/or training background preferable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with an upbeat outlook on his or her career is essential!!
