Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients and maintaining existing customer relationships
- Understand clients’ travel requirements and recommend appropriate charter services that meet their needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare accurate quotes, itineraries, and proposals for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries promptly, professionally, and with enthusiasm
- Assist clients with travel planning details including route options, scheduling, hotel accommodations, and special requests
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and follow-up actions in the company CRM system
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of charter services from booking through completion
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or customer service within the travel, hospitality, or transportation industry
- Strong knowledge of travel planning processes and hotel/hospitality operations is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively handle client inquiries
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
- A positive attitude combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving will help you succeed in this role
