Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day construction activities on multiple high-end custom home projects
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and local building codes
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel
- Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance
- Collaborate with the design team, project managers, and clients to resolve issues and maintain clear communication
- Maintain accurate job logs, reports, and documentation
- Track and manage project budgets and costs, addressing any variances proactively
- Represent the company professionally to clients, inspectors, and partners
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential construction, with a strong background in luxury custom home building
- Proven ability to manage high-end, detail-oriented projects from start to finish
- In-depth knowledge of residential construction practices, materials, and building codes (Florida Building Code preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering plans
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in construction management software is a plus
- OSHA certification or other safety training preferred
