What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Martial Arts Instructor (Taekwondo) position at WINDSOR TMA?
We are seeking an experienced Taekwondo Instructor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Taekwondo classes for children and beginner to intermediate students
- Create a structured, safe, and engaging training environment
- Provide guidance, discipline, and motivation to students
- Assist with student progress and class management
Requirements:
- Prior experience teaching Taekwondo (required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well with children
- Black belt preferred
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: approximately 6 hours per day (includes class time)
- Friday and Saturday hours may be available but are optional
- Weekly hours may vary slightly
