Wellsential Health is currently seeking Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to support Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of McAllen.

What You’ll Do:
As a Certified Nurse Aide, you play a vital role in our residents’ daily lives—providing compassionate, hands-on care while building meaningful connections with residents and families.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and transfers
- Provide hands-on patient care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Observe and report changes in physical or mental condition to RN/LVN staff
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents
Shifts
- 6:00am – 2:00pm (4openings)
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm (5 openings)
- 10:00pm – 6:00am (4 openings)
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Texas CNA certification (TULIP)
- Completion of a state-approved CNA program
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
