Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN)/RN Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of a professional nurse, As a Licensed Practical Nurses(LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) you will be responsible to, render nursing care to residents, observe and report symptoms and conditions, take vital signs, administer medications and record reactions, collaborate with physicians regarding changes in condition, maintain records reflecting the residents on-going conditions. Assist with feeding residents, assist in improving the welfare of the residents.
Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements: Current license with Ohio Board of Nursing, CPR Certified (BLS preferred).
