Position Summary
Windsor Jewelers is seeking a professional, reliable, and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of our Fifth Avenue office. This position requires strong communication skills, a polished demeanor, and the ability to support multiple departments with administrative tasks in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, vendors, and guests upon arrival
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Maintain office supplies, coordinate maintenance requests, and oversee general tidiness of shared spaces
- Support scheduling for internal meetings and client appointments
- Receive and log incoming shipments and deliveries; coordinate outgoing shipments with Sales and Operations
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and administrative tasks across departments
- Help with office event coordination, including team lunches, trade show prep, and holiday gifting logistics
- Provide occasional support to the Marketing and Sales teams with mailings, printed materials, or client follow-ups
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a front desk, administrative, or office coordination role
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with poise and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, phones)
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Interest in luxury goods, fine jewelry, or fashion a plus; career receptionist a plus
