Social Worker Responsibilities:
- Organizing, developing and coordinating aspects of resident care.
- Initial and ongoing assessments required to meet resident needs.
- Liaison between the resident, family & staff regarding concerns, which may arise.
- At least one year experience in Social Service work in a long term care setting preferred but not necessary
- Must be willing to work flexible hours.
- Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- LSW or a degree in social work required, a degree in similar field with experience on long term care will be considered.
