What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Clinical RN Manager position at Windsor Home Health?
We are seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse to serve as our Clinical RN Manager, providing clinical leadership and oversight throughout Mahoning, Trumbull, and Columbiana counties.
The ideal candidate will have strong home health experience, including OASIS assessments, plans of care, clinical documentation, Medicare compliance, care coordination, and supervision of field staff. This position will be paying up to $45/hour.
This hands-on leader will oversee patient admissions, recertifications, transfers, and discharges; review clinical records and physician orders; monitor patient outcomes and changes in condition; manage caseloads and visit completion; and supervise, coach, and evaluate RNs, LPNs, and Home Health Aides.
