Are you a skilled maintenance professional with a passion for creating a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for senior residents? Windsor Heights Memory Care and Transitional Assisted Living is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance operations of our beautiful community in Beachwood, Ohio!
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of the building, grounds, and equipment.
- Manage preventative maintenance programs to ensure a high standard of safety and functionality.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance / beautification team, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and company policies.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain inventory and budget for maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Foster a positive, service-oriented environment for residents and the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills (TELS experience is a plus)
- Experience: Minimum three years experience in maintenance, emergency repairs, and/or roofing systems.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC systems, PTAC units, roofing repairs, and general upkeep.
- Leadership: Ability to lead a team, prioritize tasks, and maintain a proactive approach.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinker who can troubleshoot issues and implement solutions effectively.
- Customer Service: A friendly, approachable attitude with a commitment to resident satisfaction. (senior living experience is a plus!)
- Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Certifications: HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certifications are a plus but not required.
