Job Summary
We are seeking a Rehabilitation Therapy Professional to join our team on a 13-week contract, starting as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity for a Physical Therapy Assistant with a strong background in SNF experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality rehabilitation therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, set realistic goals, and evaluate patient progress.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state where services will be provided.

- COVID-19 testing 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date.
Work Schedule:
