- Teachers will work together in the classroom to implement activities that will help to provide safe & proper environment for the growth of children.
- Teachers will maintain activity records and provide regular updates to parents while maintaining classroom discipline.
- Teachers will have a positive mindset while working closely with children and coworkers to create homely environment.
- Teachers will have to be passionate towards working with children in their growth and development.
- Teachers will observe and guide students in developing independence and social and self-development.
- Teachers will work with school staff to achieve common goals of the children and the school
- Teachers should be taking care of basic needs including feeding, diapering, assisting with nap times and sleep routines.
- Teachers ensure the health, safety and well being of all children by providing constant direct supervision.
- Teachers will build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
