This is a full-time, on-site position located at Christiana Mall in Newark, Delaware.

Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills with experience in training and mentoring team members
- Customer service and sales experience focused on delivering an engaging and welcoming retail environment
- Strong organizational and operational skills, including inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining compliance with company policies
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in fashion retail or similar industry is highly desirable
