What are the responsibilities and job description for the Multi-Site Float position at Windsor Early Childhood Education Center?
Hello. Thank you for your interest in our open position. We are a non-profit Early Learning Program that is expanding and looking to hire a business wide float.
We are looking for a versatile educator to provide support while working in various classrooms and programs. This adaptable role requires strong communication skills, flexibility, a willingness to support the teaching team, and the ability to maintain a safe and positive learning atmosphere for children. This individual will be willing to work in all four of our programs with infants through school aged children.
Key Skills and Qualities:
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and being outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: The ability to transition between different classrooms and age groups and meet sudden, unforeseen needs.
- Teamwork: A collaborative spirit to work effectively with a teaching team and follow the direction of lead teachers.
- Reliable Transportation
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred or
- At least three years working with children of varying ages.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
