If Yes, How You Will Contribute to the Team:
As a Med Tech, you will administer medications and treatments, keep accurate care records, report any changes in resident condition, and provide assistance to the residents, ensuring resident safety.
Must Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Med Tech experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Must be able to relate and work with the care of cognitively impaired residents
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
Nice to Have:
- Current and valid Medication Aide/Technician certification
- Assisted living environment and behavioral experience
