If Yes, Here’s How You Will Contribute to the Team:
As an LPN/LVN in Sub-Acute Care, you will work under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing professional nursing services in accordance with policies and procedures. You will collaborate with the care team, take vital signs, and contribute to the development of care plans for residents. You will also delegate tasks to facility staff and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and their families. Above all, you will treat everyone with dignity, respect, compassion, and integrity.
Must Have:
- Active and unencumbered California LVN License – New Grads Welcomed
- Successfully graduated from an approved and certified LVN program
- Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
Nice to Have:
- Previous nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing environment is desirable
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
