Become part of our team! We are seeking a Seasonal Full-Time Club Shuttle Passenger Van Driver for a private residential community and sporting club unlike any other.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Club Shuttle Passenger Van Driver is responsible to coordinate safe, reliable, and timely transportation between staff residences and the Club, and designated airport pick-up locations for Culinary and Food & Beverage staff. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to safety, and flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individual with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Safely transport Windsor employees to and from designated destinations, including staff housing, the Club, and airports.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any mechanical issues.
- Communicate effectively with the F&B Director and Executive Chef regarding schedules, delays, or changes.
- Adapt to schedule changes as required to meet operational needs.
- Assist in other work areas during slow periods or as assigned.
- Manage time efficiently, plan routes, and adhere to assigned schedules.
- Document and report all vehicle incidents (e.g., damage, accidents) to management.
- Maintain a clean, presentable, and well-maintained vehicle at all times.
- Work weekends and holidays as required.
- Demonstrate courtesy, professionalism, and tact when interacting with supervisors, coworkers, and passengers.
- Refrain from eating or playing loud music while transporting employees.
- Remain calm and follow proper procedures in the event of an emergency or accident.
- Avoid the use of electronic devices or engaging in any distractions while operating the vehicle.
- Ensure the fuel tank remains at least half full; refuel as needed.
- Maintain proper vehicle documentation, registration, and licensing at all times.
- Abide by all local and state traffic laws and regulations.
- May require adjusted work schedules to meet business needs.
- Regular attendance and timeliness are required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions for this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have adequate hearing and vision. Use of hands and arms for steering and operating controls. This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. Must occasionally lift and/or move items over 30 pounds. Ability to sit for extended periods while operating the vehicle. Must be physically present.
