Education And Related Work Experience
- Master's degree with successful completion of a Principal Licensure Program required.
- Three to five years of teaching experience at the elementary or secondary level and one additional year of experience in discipline, attendance, and supervision (dean/administrative experience) preferred.
- Criminal background check required for employment.
- Valid Colorado Principal License with appropriate endorsements preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification required upon hire.
- All personnel must fully complete Windsor Charter Academy's safety training, ALICE (Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate). Staff must demonstrate understanding and implementation of these protocols as part of their responsibility to maintain a safe and secure learning environment.
