Wellsential Health is currently seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to support Windsor Atrium — $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (available to new hires with an active CNA license).

In this purpose-driven role, you will:
As a Certified Nurse Aide, you play a vital role in our residents’ daily lives—providing compassionate, hands-on care while building meaningful connections with residents and families.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility)
• Monitor and record vital signs as assigned
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
• Support special projects as assigned by nursing leadership
Shifts Available:
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Requirements:
• Active Texas CNA certification (TULIP)
• Completion of a state-approved CNA program
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
