Job Summary
Windsong Veterinary Hospital is a modern, privately owned small-animal practice in Prosper, TX, seeking an experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone who is positive, organized, calm under pressure, and truly enjoys helping both pets and people. This role is primarily client-facing, with opportunities to cross-train as a veterinary assistant for the right candidate.
Position Highlights

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in the veterinary industry (required)
- Prior CSR / front desk experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with ezyVet software is highly preferred and will be prioritized
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, professional, and team-focused attitude
Responsibilities
- Answering and triaging phone calls
- Scheduling appointments efficiently and accurately
- Checking patients in and out
- Client communication regarding estimates, records, and basic questions
- Supporting hospital flow and teamwork
- Optional cross-training as a veterinary assistant (patient restraint, taking patient histories, basic support tasks)
