Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Storage Facility Manager to lead the operations of our storage and property management center located in Port St. Lucie area. This role involves leasing storage units, managing U-Haul rentals, refilling propane, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
- Greet customers in person and over the phone
- Assist customers in selecting and leasing storage units
- Explain rental agreements, pricing, and policies
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Promote additional services
- Assist with delinquency management, including notices and follow-up communication on overdue accounts
Storage Operations
- Lease available units
- Conduct unit tours
- Maintain property cleanliness and safety
- Perform administrative duties
U-Haul Rentals
- Coordinate rentals
- Process agreements
- Inspect vehicles
- Assist customers with usage
Propane Services
- Refill propane tanks safely
- Follow safety procedures
- Maintain equipment and inventory
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Sales or retail experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift ~50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
