- You will be a caregiver here when you are medtech- we believe in getting to know our residents and providing the best care for them!
As a Medtech, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
- Helping residents with mobility and transferring as needed
- Monitoring and documenting changes in residents' health and behavior
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure residents' needs are met
- Medication management
- Prior experience as a caregiver and Medtech required.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of our residents
- Medication management required
- Must be able to pass a full background check
- Must have current certificate
