Essential Job Functions

• Assembles fabricated parts, components or units at floor stations.
• Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
• Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
• Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary.
• Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: 1-2 years of related experience preferred but not required.

• Skills:
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing tools and equipment
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions accurately
  • Strong attention to detail to identify defects or variances in product quality
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy and efficiency
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and conversions
  • Commitment to safety protocols and ability to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet production quotas
  • Flexibility to rotate between workstations or assist other team members as needed

Working Conditions

• Work Environment: Manufacturing Plant in our Royal, AR office.
• Physical Requirements: Require prolonged periods of standing and ability to lift 0 to 100 pounds depending on specific position.
• Work Schedule: Standard business hours of Monday – Friday 6am to 2:30pm with potential for extended hours as needed.
