Essential Job Functions
- Assembles fabricated parts, components or units at floor stations.
- Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
- Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
- Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary.
- Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience: 1-2 years of related experience preferred but not required.
- Skills:
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing tools and equipment
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail to identify defects or variances in product quality
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy and efficiency
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and conversions
- Commitment to safety protocols and ability to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet production quotas
- Flexibility to rotate between workstations or assist other team members as needed

Working Conditions
- Work Environment: Manufacturing Plant in our Royal, AR office.
- Physical Requirements: Require prolonged periods of standing and ability to lift 0 to 100 pounds depending on specific position.
- Work Schedule: Standard business hours of Monday – Friday 6am to 2:30pm with potential for extended hours as needed.
