Responsibilities Include:
- Visit homeowners in Louisville and surrounding areas to evaluate their current and future home improvement needs.
- Conduct detailed and accurate inspections of client homes.
- Analyze facts and figures to help homeowners reach logical conclusions/solutions.
- Accountable for customer satisfaction
- Precise delivery of our PROVEN 10 step selling methodology, yielding a 50% sale closing ratio.
Skills and Abilities:
- Competitive, results oriented individual who can work independently and deliver consistent results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow our company's systems and procedures.
- Able to memorize and confidently present company sales presentations.
Job Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule with regular evening availability and a 1/2 day every other Saturday
- Valid driver's license
