That’s who we’re looking for to become either an Installer or a Lead Installer, pending your experience. We start between $22 and $40 per hour, based on your work history, skill level, and interview. We’re a small company, but we’re growing. You have to be able to be insured by our insurance company, which means a valid driver license and a decent driving record. It’s a physical job, there is a physical abilities assessment you’ll have to pass as well. And of course, you’ll need to fit into the culture we’re carefully crafting here.
