Canvasser

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Construction Sales Canvasser to join our team. In this role, you will represent our company in residential and commercial neighborhoods, introducing homeowners and business owners to our construction services. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, scheduling appointments, and building strong rapport with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Canvass targeted neighborhoods and commercial areas to identify potential customers.
• Engage homeowners and business owners in friendly, professional conversation about our construction services (roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, remodels, etc.).
• Educate prospects on current promotions, project options, and service benefits.
• Gather customer information and schedule follow-up appointments for the sales team.
• Track leads, conversations, and appointments using company software or provided tools.
• Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and door hangers.
• Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and strong customer service.
• Attend team meetings and report daily activity and lead results.
• Maintain knowledge of company products, pricing, and job process.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, conversational, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and speaking with a variety of people.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit goals.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Sales or canvassing experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person.
