Windows for Life, Inc. is expanding our sales team in Southwest Florida.
We are looking for experienced, motivated Outside Sales Representatives who know how to generate their own opportunities, build relationships, and close high-ticket home improvement projects.
This is not a traditional sales position where you sit and wait for company leads. We are specifically looking for sales professionals who know how to prospect, network, generate referrals, develop relationships, and build their own book of business.
HIGH EARNING POTENTIAL
This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.
Our philosophy is simple: instead of spending all of our money buying leads, we want to reward great salespeople who can generate their own business.
Successful representatives have the opportunity to earn six figures and beyond based on individual sales production. There is no commission cap.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Generate your own sales opportunities Build relationships and referral sources Prospect homeowners and potential business partners Network within the local community Conduct sales appointments Present proposals and close contracts Follow up consistently with prospects Develop repeat and referral business Build and maintain your own sales pipeline
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We want self-motivated salespeople and closers who don’t need to wait for someone to hand them their next opportunity.
Previous experience in any of the following is a major plus:
- Impact windows and doors Roofing Solar HVAC Remodeling / construction Home improvement Real estate In-home sales Other high-ticket sales
Impact window experience is preferred but not required for the right salesperson. We can teach our products and systems. We’re more interested in finding people who already understand how to prospect, build relationships, sell, and close.
