Windows & Doors By Brownell is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our installation team. Experience with carpentry, remodeling, or construction is a plus, but you don't need to be a master carpenter.

What You'll Do
- Install high-quality windows and doors in customers' homes
- Complete exterior trim and finish carpentry
- Learn new carpentry and installation skills from experienced team members
- Keep jobsites clean, safe, and organized
- Work professionally with homeowners and your team
- Work primarily within 30 miles of Williston, VT
What We're Looking For
- Some carpentry, construction, remodeling, or similar hands-on experience preferred
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Willing to learn and improve your skills
- Good attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
Don't have years of carpentry experience? That's okay. If you have mechanical ability, construction experience, or simply a strong aptitude for hands-on work, we are willing to train someone with the right attitude and potential.
