Sales Manager

Windows Direct USA is growing fast, and we’re looking for a high-energy Sales Leader who is passionate about developing people and driving performance.
This is more than a management position. We’re looking for someone who loves to coach, train, motivate, and build a winning sales team—someone who gets excited about watching people improve and helping them reach their potential.
As our Sales Manager, you will lead and develop our team of In-Home Project Managers while helping create an exceptional customer experience from the first appointment to the final sale.
What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, train, motivate, and hold the sales team accountable
• Conduct 6–7 in-home ride-alongs each week with hands-on coaching
• Provide real-time feedback and coaching to improve closing performance
• Review individual and team performance and take action to hit sales goals
• Hire, develop, and build a high-performing sales team
• Lead weekly sales meetings, training, and development sessions
• Continuously improve our sales training, processes, and accountability standards
• Help save cancelled appointments and sales
• Train and reinforce our 10-step selling system
• Partner with leadership to continuously improve the overall customer experience

The Person We’re Looking For:
You’re a sales leader who genuinely enjoys developing people. You’re competitive, driven, confident in the field, and passionate about training. You enjoy being hands-on—not sitting behind a desk—and believe the best coaching happens alongside your team.
You should be someone who:

• Has a proven history of success in in-home, one-call-close sales
• Is passionate about training and improving performance

• Loves the in-person aspect of ride-alongs and field coaching
• Leads by example and holds people accountable
• Is motivated by growth—for yourself and your team

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 years of in-home sales experience; windows, baths, or home improvement preferred
• 2 years of sales management experience in a one-call-close, high-ticket environment
• Proven track record of sales success
• High school diploma required
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel between Lexington, Cincinnati and Louisville

Pay: $80,000.00 - $116,000.00 per year
