Warehouse Helper

Primary Function:

Unload retuning vehicles from events and breakdown crescors from returning events. Maintain kitchen, equipment, or utensils in a clean, orderly and safe condition.

Primary Duties:

• Recover all perishable items that can be re-use (lemons, limes, creamer, sugar cubes, etc.)
• Return soft beverages to staging area outside beverage / disposable cage
• Place platters in dishwashing area
• Recover baskets, buffet equipment and other items and place in staging area next to ice machines.
• Secure alcohol returns in staging area outside beverage area outside beverage / disposable cage
• Operate dishwasher to clean small wares from returning events
• Store crescors in kitchen, warehouse or storage bins in parking lot
• Store bread racks in warehouse or in trucks
• Polish windows chrome chafing dishes
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and dishwashing area.

Secondary Duties:

• Stock supplies (i.e., food and/or utensils) in serving stations, cupboards, and refrigerators
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
• Sweep and mop floors
• Clean garbage cans with water or steam
• Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas
• Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning / sanitizing solutions
• Wipe up and spills to ensure kitchen floor remain dry and safe
• Assist cooks with preparing produce as needed
• Other duties as directed

Minimum Experience / Education:

• High School diploma
• 1 year of experience in maintenance field
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
