Average commission: $1000 – $1,400 per closed sale.
Earning potential: $100,000 – $300,000 per year (uncapped).

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Visiting NJ & NY homeowners to assess their window and door needs.
Conducting an of our popular home improvement solutions to solve their problems.
Using your persuasive skills and friendly disposition to facilitate orders.

What we're looking for
- 2 years of face-to-face or in-home B2C sales experience
- Competitive, persuasive, and confident — you welcome a "no" rather than run from it
- Strong presentation, listening, and negotiation skills
- Willing to follow our proven sales system (not reinvent the wheel)
- Available 4 evenings/week (Mon–Fri, appointments ~6 PM) and every Saturday (9 AM–5 PM)
- Able to drive up to 90 minutes to appointments — clean driving record required
- Must pass drug test and background check
- Comfortable using an iPad and digital tools in the field
