Customer Service Call Center Representative

WindowRama’s Corporate Office located in Edgewood, NY is seeking a Full-Time
Customer Service/Clerical Representative to work in a fast pace team
environment in our Call Center.
Essential Job Functions:
 Substantial volume of phone calls
 Courteous customer service and communication skills a must
 Follow up on all internet leads/quotes
 Inform customers of estimated time and arrivals on orders/deliveries
 Process credit card payments and schedule deliveries
 Candidate must have the ability to multi-task
 Various administrative office duties
 Heavy data entry, AS400 experience a plus
 Organized, energetic, positive working attitude

Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:30AM-6:00PM

Salary: $18-20
