Are you a driven outside sales professional who thrives on closing deals and building relationships? Do you want a stable base income plus commission with real earning potential?

WindowRama is growing — and we’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Consultant to represent our premium window and door solutions in the field.

This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales role where your income is directly tied to your performance.

Compensation

• $50,000–$65,000 annual draw (guaranteed base)

• Commission on all closed sales

• Mileage reimbursement

• Cell phone reimbursement

• Paid training

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners for on-site consultations

• Identify customer needs and recommend window/door solutions

• Prepare and present quotes

• Close sales and manage the process through installation

• Build referral and self-generated business within your territory

• Maintain CRM records and track pipeline activity

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 2 years of sales experience

• Valid driver’s license

• Comfortable working outdoors and in residential settings

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs- samples

Preferred:

• Outside sales experience

• Home improvement or construction sales background

• Experience working on commission-based compensation
