- Create efficient installation routes to maximize productivity within manageable travel distances
- Communicate with customers to schedule installations
- Maintain clear communication between customers and installation crews
- Manage loading lists for products and accessories, ensuring all materials are available prior to installation
- Research and obtain permits for installation projects
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills
- Previous customer service experience required
- Data entry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
