Window World of Baton Rouge is looking for confident, driven sales professionals who know how to connect with customers and close the deal.
No cold calling. You’ll meet with homeowners who are already interested in replacement windows, doors, and siding. Your job is to understand their goals, recommend the right solutions, and guide them through a comfortable, professional buying experience.
New to home improvement sales? We’ll teach you our products and process through three weeks of paid training.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners during scheduled sales appointments
- Recommend products based on each customer’s needs and budget
- Present options, financing, and accurate project estimates
- Measure windows and project areas
- Build trust, overcome objections, and close sales
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process
- Manage your appointments and work toward individual and team goals
What We’re Looking For
- Two or more years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
- A competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Confidence working in a commission-based environment
- Dependability and strong organizational skills
- Availability for some evening and weekend appointments
- Ability to attend Wednesday meetings at our Baton Rouge office
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Availability to complete three weeks of paid training
