We’re expanding our reach with a dedicated Door-to-Door Appointment Setting Specialist who can bring proven canvassing skills and immediately add value.
What You’ll Do
- Engage homeowners in targeted neighborhoods using proven canvassing strategies
- Present Window World’s products and promotions with professionalism and energy
- Qualify households (decision makers present, interest, timeline) and set firm appointments for our Design Consultants
- Track activity and results through our CRM system
- Consistently hit sit and sales appointment benchmarks
What We Expect
- Previous canvassing/door-to-door experience is required (home improvement, solar, roofing, pest control, telecom, etc.)
- Documented track record of hitting appointment or lead targets
- Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and deliver consistent results
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work evenings/Saturdays when needed
Compensation Plan (Performance-Based)
- Paid per qualified sit
- Bonus per sold lead
- Scaled volume bonuses as your results increase
- Commission percentage on all sales generated from your leads
- Unlimited earning potential — top canvassers can easily exceed $75K annually
