Location: Fargo, ND
Pay: $21.00 – $30.00 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician / Installer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for diagnosing and resolving service issues, completing repairs, and performing installations as needed.
Service calls can range from minor adjustments to full window or door replacements. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver who can work independently, communicate effectively with customers, and deliver high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete scheduled service calls and repair work
- Inspect installations to identify issues and determine solutions
- Perform repairs, part replacements, and full installations as needed
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction on every job
- Accurately document service work and maintain records
- Collect payments when required
- Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks and trailers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and warranties
- Support the Service Manager and assist other team members as needed
- Uphold company values in all interactions
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in carpentry, window/door installation, siding, or related field
- Strong measuring and basic math skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Schedule & Benefits
