What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled, in-home consultations
- Deliver professional, engaging presentations on our energy-efficient windows, doors, roofing, gutters, and siding
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best tailored solutions
- Build trust quickly and close sales on the spot
- Collaborate with our installation and customer service teams for seamless project execution
- Consistently meet or exceed personal and team sales goals
Your Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Run up to 3 appointments daily
- Attend bi-weekly team meetings and training sessions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in sales (home improvement, in-home, or consultative sales experience is a big plus)
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
- Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Must be able to pass a background check
Compensation & Benefits
- $90,000 – $200,000 per year (based on performance)
- Uncapped commission structure with monthly and performance-based bonuses

Location: On-the-road role serving customers throughout Eastern Massachusetts (Greater Boston, North Shore, South Shore, Metro West, and parts of Central MA). Showrooms located in Burlington, Shrewsbury, and Pembroke.
