Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage service appointments, coordinate repairs, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in construction office settings is preferred, along with a solid understanding of window, door and siding installation. Being able to diagnose, repair, and have customer service principles is a plus.
Duties
- Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers, ensuring efficient workflow
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians to communicate repair needs and updates
- Unload deliveries in the warehouse. Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Prepare accurate inventory of various items kept in stock.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain excellent customer service by providing clear communication and follow-up throughout the process
- Janitorial duties to include - mopping and sweeping floors and taking out the trash.
- Strong customer service skills.
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
License/Certification:
- drivers license (Preferred)
