What You'll Do
- Perform maintenance and light repair work on windows, doors, and siding
- Repair and replace vinyl replacement windows, entry doors, and exterior siding
- Complete caulking, painting, and finishing work as needed
- Inspect completed work and document maintenance and repairs
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good condition
- Drive a company vehicle to and from customer job sites
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel to the Baton Rouge warehouse daily
- Experience in carpentry, construction, masonry, remodeling, or general home improvement is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate
