Auditor

Window World, America's leading replacement window company, is seeking a detail-oriented Auditor to join our corporate team in Baton Rouge, LA. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, reviewing documentation, and ensuring data integrity across multiple departments.

• Review records, reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures
• Analyze data and identify discrepancies, errors, or missing information
• Verify supporting documentation and reconcile information across multiple systems
• Document audit findings and maintain detailed records of reviews performed
• Assist with internal audits and prepare reports summarizing findings and recommendations
• Evaluate existing processes and help identify opportunities for improvement
• Collect, organize, and maintain invoices, reports, employee records, and other business documents
• Enter, update, and maintain information within company databases and spreadsheets
• Communicate with internal teams regarding missing information, corrections, or audit-related questions
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned

• 1 years of experience in auditing, data entry, administrative support, accounting, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and errors
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and computer systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

• Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
