We design and develop parts for everything from helicopters to harvesters where performance matters — pressure, durability, and consistency aren’t optional; they’re engineered into every run.We are looking for a Quality Engineering This role works directly with purchasing, production and engineering to keep extrusion, reinforcement, and curing processes stable, troubleshoot variation, and ensure our products meet real-world performance standards. This is a great opportunity to step into a technical, hands-on role with real engineering exposure in a stable, growing manufacturing environment.We need someone who has manufacturing, quality or technician experience. Who likes being in the production environment with their sleeves rolled up and can think in terms of process, not just defects. You will verify product quality across extrusion and finishing processes. As well as supporting pressure testing and dimensional check and validation runs. We will count on you to track process data and help identify trends or issues early while assisting with root cause investigations and corrective actions. You will interact daily with a great group of colleagues ranging from operators to engineers.
