Professional Standards
We are a company that believes how we do the job matters just as much as whether the job gets done.
Our technicians work directly with homeowners and alongside sales professionals from the companies we partner with. We therefore maintain high standards for workmanship, communication, appearance, reliability, cleanliness, and professionalism.
The right candidate will understand that a successful installation is not finished simply because the product is mounted. It is finished when the product is installed correctly, the work area is left clean, the customer understands the product, and everyone involved is confident that the job was handled properly.
Who Will Succeed in This Position?
The successful candidate will be someone who has mastered the technical side of window treatment installation but is still committed to improving their craft.
You should be comfortable walking into a customer's home, assessing the situation, identifying the best installation approach, completing precise work, solving unexpected problems, and communicating professionally with everyone involved.
