Window Repair Systems is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Associate to support our warehouse operations. This role is essential in maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately count and track inventory
- Enter and update data in the inventory management system
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Perform light assembly work (bagging parts, assembling items)
- Assist with order picking and shipping as needed
- Help receive incoming shipments (freight and small packages)
- Utilize systems such as Salesforce and ShipStation for inventory tracking and order processing
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Experience with Salesforce and/or ShipStation is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred, but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent lifting (up to 60 lbs)
