- Start conversations with homeowners and identify those interested in new windows or doors.
- Schedule in-home consultations for our sales team.
- Meet and exceed lead generation goals while earning commission for your results.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event displays and materials.
- Competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commission—earn up to $50 per qualified lead.
- Paid training with ongoing coaching and support.

- 10–30 hours per week.
- Evening and weekend availability is required.
- Must be available to work at least two weekends per month.

- Reliable transportation to travel to events.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus—but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours during events, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to lift and move event materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
