We're urgently hiring outgoing and motivated Canvassers to help with lead generation and local outreach in Mentor, OH, and surrounding cities including Chardon and Madison.

No sales experience? No problem! We offer paid training and real coaching to help you succeed and grow your career.

• Engage homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach to discuss our quality window products (involves working outdoors, including standing and walking for parts of your shift).
• Provide helpful information by following simple presentations and scripts.
• Represent Window Nation at local community events and fairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by clearly answering homeowner questions about our window products.
• Work towards achievable sales goals with the support of our experienced team.

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of work experience
• Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods of time, with or without accommodation

• Previous experience in field canvassing, door to door outreach, sales, customer service, retail, lead generation, or event promotion
• Good communication skills and comfortable speaking with new people

• Must be available to work Mon–Fri from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• NOTE: This work schedule may change periodically depending on business needs, seasonal volume, and weather conditions.

• Great Pay: Start at $16.75 per hour uncapped weekly and monthly bonuses based on performance.
• Generous Commission: Earn an extra 1% bonus on all sales you help generate.
